Worked with BHEL, Andritz Hydro, Voith Hydro .
Have extensive experience in Execution of Hydro power projects from 2MW to 100MW each unit including supply chain of Turbine, Generator components, Balance of Plant etc .
Have travelled worldwide with enriched international exposure for sourcing of Castings/Forgings and other materials used for hydro power plants. Extensively involved in Quality Management, Repair, Services and rehabilitation of old hydro power plants, vendor development, training to customers, estimation and support to marketing.
Have wide experience in manufacturing, OPEX, EPEX, technology transfer related to heavy engineering, manufacturing plant set up and all other manufacturing related activities.
Presently associated with a team of experienced persons and supporting the followings:
• Hydro power project ( small/medium) set up including power unit as well as hydro-mechanicals,
• Sourcing of components /sub assemblies for hydro or for any other heavy engineering,
• 3rd party inspection and expedite
• On site machining support,
• Set up of new factory, set up production line with technology absorption and development
• Sourcing of all type of machine tools (old/new) and welding automatization.
